Our experience has shown that outdoor tinted waterproofer is best for an outdoor log sign; in longevity of a natural-wood look, in ease of application and in routine maintenance. We use a top of the line professional waterproofer to fully coat all of the sign, including the stand logs. Polyurethane is recommended for all indoor signs. Exterior grade polyurethane can be used on the outdoor signs at an added cost, but some loss will be experienced in longevity of good appearance and ease of maintainance.

Because of our electronic design capabilities, there are many lettering options. You may choose the style of letter, capitals, lower case letters, italicized right or left, non-italicized, tapered, rounded, sloping, etc. Size limitations are only determined by the log size on which the letters will be chainsawed. Smaller, routered-only words and letters can be added to further personalize your sign. All letters and other options are carefully design-fitted to your log before cutting begins.

Log options start with the choice of a full log or a half log sign. You may then choose between various kinds of wood: from the sturdy oak, ash, locust, sycamore, pine, cherry, pecan, walnut to the strikingly grained and long-lasting red cedar.
